Standard shipping: Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and the shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days.
Expedited delivery: Order processing takes 1 business day, and the delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days (only available in certain cities).
The delivery time for international orders is approximately 10-20 working days, with the specific duration varying depending on the customs clearance time at the destination.
3. Delivery fee
The shipping cost for international orders is calculated in real-time based on the destination and weight, and the specific cost is displayed at checkout.
4. Logistics inquiry
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can also track the package status in real-time through the "My Orders" page.
5. Handling of abnormal delivery situations
If the logistics information has not been updated for a long time, please contact customer service in a timely manner, and we will assist in urging the delivery or initiating the package inquiry process.
In the event of package loss or severe damage, upon verification, we will either reship the item for free or arrange a refund.
6. Special instructions
